Training and technical assistance

Organizations that implement rural development projects can request the assistance of DEXCEL for staff training and assistance to improve their performance, by introducing (variants) of methodologies capable of generating the highest quality (effectiveness-efficiency). Also mechanisms to manage change-resistance can be introduced, which makes it possible to accelerate the adoption of innovations.

DEXCEL will assign a consultant to assist and accompany the organization in defining, developing and implementing actions to improve their performance. This assistance may include exchange of experiences with other organizations (peer learning between organizations).

DEXCEL does not guarantee the outcome of the qualification for the certification after such training and assistance as the outcome depends largely on the capacities for change of the organization.
