DEXCEL assists the Netherlands Institute for Standardization (NEN) to establish ISO standards for human development. (discussion) Also, DEXCEL cooperated with the Peruvian Agency for International Cooperation (APCI) for the identification and preparation of performance indicators and other, qualification criteria, as well as the relevant protocols, that is, to design all relevant tools to measure quality in human development. The certification process makes it possible to identify the major weaknesses affecting the performance of an organization or the distance of best practices known. The organization may seek the support of DEXCEL to guide a program of training and technical assistance. |
