Who we are

Development & Excellence (DEXCEL International) is a consultancy firm with the mission to help eradicate rural poverty and reclaim and conserve the environment, by identifying, creating and promoting regional development strategies that produce the greatest impact in the shortest time and at the lowest possible cost.

DEXCEL International results from a long standing experience of its founders and cooperating experts in the formulation, implementation and evaluation of projects and programs aimed at rural development and sustainable management of natural resources and the design and implementation of methodologies that accelerate the processes of change needed to eradicate rural poverty and reclaim the environmental.

DEXCEL-International is registered in the Public Records of the Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands and as such operated in Peru from 2001 until April 2005. From May 2005 DEXCEL works in Peru through a subsidiary company DEXCEL- Peru SAC and in Bolivia through DEXCEL-Bolivia. It has representations in Ecuador and Chile.

The main associates of DEXCEL-International are Huub van der Zel (Chairman of the Board), and Willem van Immerzeel.
