DEXCEL-Peru provides support and technical assistance to projects to assist the introduction and implementation of participatory methodologies that can produce the best possible results.

The systematic identification of the best organizations in development allows DEXCEL-Peru to organize exchanges with organizations interested in emulating the best. The latest exchanges organized by DEXCEL-Peru took place between ONGDs of Cusco (Peru), Ayacucho (Peru) and La Paz (Bolivia).
