DEXCEL in Peru

DEXCEL began its activities in Peru in 2001 with the design and implementation of standards and tools for quality certification in human development. It created the subsidiary DEXCEL-Peru SAC on May 5, 2005.

DEXCEL-Peru was created to help eradicate rural poverty in Peru. Read how poverty can be eradicated in rural areas, within just a few years, using the methodology Pachamama Raymi, recovering the environment.

DEXCEL-Peru assists Local Governments, private organizations and financial institutions in formulating projects aimed at poverty eradication and environmental conservation and recovery.

DEXCEL-Peru assists the implementation of rural development projects focused on environmental and social management, to ensure that the investment produces the greatest impact in the shortest possible time. The assistance of DEXCEL-Peru is expressed in a number of ways:

DEXCEL-Peru evaluates rural development projects for financing agents and Local Governments, to contribute to a more efficient project implementation and generate better results in less time.

DEXCEL-Peru currently implements projects in Cusco Peru, in the Districts of Challabamba (since August 2006, more information), Caicay and Ocongate (since September 2007), funded by each of the district governments and the Dutch foundation for "Peer Learning"("Stichting Leren van Elkaar"). DEXCEL-Peru implements this program on behalf of the NGO Runamaki.

DEXCEL-Peru provides technical assistance to public entities and NGOs to improve the performance of their programs and projects aimed at poverty eradication.

DEXCEL-Peru develops and uses the methodology Pachamama Raymi, also known as "Learning from the best", with which the highest quality in rural development is achieved, that is, the greatest performance at the lowest possible cost.

The Certification Program of DEXCEL includes the creation and maintenance of standards in development, as well as promoting the creation of an ISO standard for human development. DEXCEL-Peru and DEXCEL-Bolivia certify NGOs using the standard established by DEXCEL-International, as long as there is no internationally accepted standard.
